Hand envelopes

Hand envelopes also known as Clutch are handmade by indigenous women of the Wayuu ethnic group with the upholstery technique 

The envelope has a protective lining, internal closure and clasp, a strap to carry it in the hand, which gives it a touch of elegance. 

The material used is cotton crochet thread for the woven part and Asian jute straw on its base.
